so basically
You're not allowed to have a 'habboxvip' pass to get into the host area because it was unfair on new users who didn't know what the code was (just ******* ask then), so instead they now use something different from habboxvip that only the hosts friends will know?
Massive improvement to make the events more friendly to new users.
Remove this stupid ass rule asap.
The HabboxVIP code has been gone since Intersocial was Events Manager.
He said he didn't see the point of having it as staff wasn't giving the code out to new comers. I'm not sure if it's true, as I always seen someone telling somebody the code. I had a rant about it before the rule was permitted.
I've already mentioned it to the new events manager about removing this rule. But, he said he thinks it's a good idea we don't use the HabboxVIP code anymore, as people can now just walk into what used to be the HabboxVIP without having to say the code.
HabboxVIP wasnt meant to be apart of the host area anyway. I like it off tbh. But it dont bother me. It makes the comunity interact with the room tho. Were not all tiny creatures.

I think it was here to prevent hosts "chatting with their friends" instead of promoting habbox as a welcoming environment to join. What it has actually done is promote such behaviour event more so than before. Solution is to either reinstate it and ask that alongside the exit command that hosts offer habboxvip as an alternative when people lose (has happened in past) or simply make host area somewhere manually accessible

How I understand the situation is that the 'AFK' area should be accessed by walking from the back of the queue, therefore everyone can enter and there is no need for a 'code'. If there is a 'code' that is different to 'HabboxVIP', then that is just bypassing the 'No HabboxVIP' rule and should be dealt with.
A majority of rooms now have the VIP area merged with other parts of the room, as hosts preferably need a separate area to host the actual game in.
