i got stung by a wasp when i was younger, me being the idiot i am i was swinging out of our tree that was usually infested with wasps in the summer and just felt like this sharp pinch in my ear and it actually felt like my ear was glued to my neck, i have no idea why but that's what it felt like, luckily my mum was right beside me and comforted me

i remember walking home from sixth form with my friends once and my friend got stung in the neck and the stinger was still deep in his skin it was vile watching him pull it out
