I think you get that error message and a black screen if you're a member of the bubbling testers group. I left the group and i didn't get the same message again. If that's not the case i don't know.

if it was error 400 which i assumed it would of been a server error never stumbled across error 4000 i suggest you google it and if it continues i suggest going to http://www.help.habbo.com

[Reality]

Server error 4000, is usually a DNS error, meaning the server is connected to a private network and couldn't assign the correct domain names.
