Wages are not to be determined by some central authority, they're determined by market factors.
Unless you advocate wage controls and price fixing as Ed Miliband of the Labour Party does, which is the economics of the madhouse.

err well the football will have its own budget and have much more money being brought into it compared to the university staff/students who have one budget between them and more money going out than the football coaches?
