How will you balance this role with GCSE demands and any other commitments?

This question came up in my interview for senior prefect and I basically said this;
But they then pushed me for another answer, but I couldn't think of anything. What they were looking for was teamwork. So yeah, I'd mention time management, being organised/efficient and team work

say ur good with time management and u can balance ur social life with school and prefect duties!
