    Default Smoothie recipe's!

so recently i got a nutribulllet, the best smooothie maker in the world! available for £99!

while making failed attempts i came up with something that i feel is worth a million!

What i put in my daily smoothie:
    half a teen of mandarines,
    2 pineapple rings
    half a can of peaches
    8 strawberries
    3 - 4 black berries
a palm full of blue berries
    8 raspberries
    1 nectorine

this is one of the greatest smoothies i ever tasted and all that is left are the pips!
i also siv out the pips then pour it back in a cup too drink it so i don't get stabbed on the way down.

be careful though as it will take a while for you to get used to it. it literally is like laxitives.
the good thing about this is its like a big de-tox drink. haven't thought of a name for it but i kind of thought of 2bonic's Delight

I tend to make strawberry and banana smoothies with coconut water and ice - if I'm too lazy I'll go out and buy Innocent smoothies though, so overpriced but so delicious!

Ok first you have the best smoothie maker it's the best, always nice and fast and very easy to clean!!!
Next: I don't really know any good smoothie recipes as my mum uses it >.< you could always use websites like good food! Or just selected chefs. Very good buy though

I like the idea of smoothies but they're not as healthy as everyone seems to think.

Rough amount of sugar in your smoothie:
9g per mandarin (more if it's tinned)
two slices of pineapple is roughly 12g
about 6g in half a tin of peaches
    4.8g in eight strawberries
not sure how much sugar in blackberries, but not much according to google
roughly 6g in a handful of blueberries
    like 0.6g in eight raspberries
    13g in a nectarine

Yeah so this adds up to 51.4g (give or take obviously) in that one smoothie, but the recommended daily allowance for women in the UK is 50g according to the NHS Most people only seem to think of calories and fat being unhealthy, but sugar's up there too!

Anyway, it does sound delicious but I would be dying from the sugar rush!

I have never make them. Fruit is expensive enough and eating all that whole would leave you full but i would still be hungry if I drank it. Surley it ok @Empired; cause its natural and not refined sugar?

Yeah sugar in fruit is better than sugar in fizzy drinks but I still wouldn't want to be eating so much in 1 day
