so im at work happily doing my job and ive made a elderly woman break down in tears because im apparently very rude and nasty.

i love being myself at work tho it makes the day go in.

Yeah I have to work 11.5 hour shifts and I have to put up a smile and talk quite a lot to the point where I don't want to talk to anyone once I get home. It's very demanding. I'm becoming quite good at putting up with ****.

I work the self scan machines in Morrisons and being nice is so hard. The machines frustrate everyone so they take it out on me and I act very rude towards them if they act rude towards me. I've been yelled at, called names and one time a man told me to go hang myself. People still wonder why I'm not nice all the time. It's hard to be nice when looking at all the crap I get from people.
I have regular customers who are lovely to me and I am lovely back so I'm not rude all the time (Just to get that across!!!).

exactly, she said one thing but soon as i was like are u joking i have FULL access here she changed her story. they all do it. there idiots like.
