I mostly like the bottom area but am not too keen on the area outside of the fog. I can't see what's there exactly but don't think the ducks etc are necessary.
And I'm sorry but I'm really not a fan of the top area. I like the flooring you've used and the roses with those Pocket Watch chairs but why are the Christmas trees there? Especially as you've entitled this thread 'Halloween themed room'. If you've got your heart set on using trees, I'd suggest something a little more creepy, perhaps one without leaves (and definitely without snow).
Plus I don't think I like the top right corner but I really can't see what's up there.

Overall: good idea but too cluttered for my liking; tone it down a bit!
