SLOW VIP REQUESTS

hello its evanora here once again with a complaint

its day 6 and counting since i won snq and still no vip has been given to me this is revolting behaviour i ought to take this to head office and im well within my rights to do so

especially when other peoples have their vip given to them 1 day after they win a comp

edit: and it seems im not the only one who feels this way i was shocked to discover somebody from the shipwrecked comp only received their VIP ONE WEEK AGO

Used to be fairly fast when I was hxhd manager but idk about these days

all requests get processed within at least 48 hours, usually quicker!

Looking at it there is only one outstanding thread in the features request. So who was suppose to actually request this and get it added for you then?

When I need to request I tend to ask if they're okay with me waiting a couple of days before requesting so I can get a few to request at once instead of making loads of little requests, but if they ask for it to be requested straight away I'll do that

Shouldn't have to wait a week for it though
