Looking for flash designers

Hey, I'm working on making a site. It will be a flash movie/game site i've done couple flash movies before and going to put them on a site. I've got the template (I've Made) On Frontpage and i was woundering if anyone out there can do flash and want's to help make some "GOOD" Movies.



If anyone wants to please reply.

If you can do the following things


Can use/make movies on Macromedia Flash MX 2003/2004
And Can Do graphics On photoshop, Fireworks, or even Paintshop pro...



Also if you can do Html (Which the site will be) It will come in handy.
