Thanks everyone! It's been really fun working with Mike in competitions, especially all over Christmas and stuff! I've found that whilst I can manage both roles timewise, I have found that I end up prioritising events (which is as it should be in my opinion) so thought it was only fair on everyone that I stepped down from competitions as my heart wasn't really in it any more! Whilst the events department is growing in size and stuff, I'm finding that I'm getting to talk to lots more people and it's really starting to feel like a good close team again, so I thought the time was right for me to give me undivided attention to that!
