It would be better if you didn't have to select a group room in the first place when buying a group or you could just move/change the group room instead of deleting it completely (otherwise it's a waste of 10c ;/). Room maintenance sounds cool though.

So they remove pipes but are happy to release a gun vendor. Well I guess the kids need some way to protect themselves from all these paedophiles roaming around.

Agree that it's about time there was a feature to transfer groups to different rooms but then people wouldn't spend as much on them.
