Do you bite your fingernails? If so, do you wish you could stop? If not, how did you stop or has it just never been an issue for you?

I used not to but started at some point and didn't really notice until it had become a habit. Last night I was biting one of my nails and accidentally took too much off and it absolutely kills this morning

I try not to because it damages my fingers so much and I kinda need them, but last weekend I bit off a couple and they tore right down the side and now there are big fleshy wounds which are extremely sore cries

I do all the time by habit they are never long but I have been told if you resist biting your thumbnails then you more than likely not going to bite the others I was doing really well at one point with this method but the urge to bite them got to much

I did bite them when I was younger and I just naturally grew out of it. I'll bite them off if they're broken just to sort it out as it'll bug me! Other than that, nope!
