Black screen on habbo.com

hi all
just started getting black scrreen when clicking on the hotel button, i get the hide button in the top left but nothing else. no loading screen etc...
tried restart, refresh page, clear all cache etc...
also tried it on chrome and ie11 and get the same

i can however get onto ex.habbo.com fine ???

any ideas?

Oh thank heavens, I thought it was just me.

I've sent a ticket to Habbo, and she told me to just try again in 30 minutes.

Except she spelled minutes wrong, so I don't trust her anyway.

i tried this morning at 10am bst , it has been 4 hours since then and still happening!

ex.habbo.com usually always works when little problems like this occur so just stick with that
the main one (habbo.com) breaks so easily

I messaged them yesterday about it too... Doesn't work on any of my computers I just get the black screen. She said they would look into it but it's been 24 hours and still nothing -.- :S

Hey guys,

Just FYI, we now know what the cause of this issue is. It happens when we need to change something on our side, there's some unexpected behavior following that. The fix has been made, but is not yet live, so in the mean time we will try out best to avoid having to make changes that cause that black out.

I've only had that problem like twice
I assume it's lord jesus telling me i need to go do something else
