Sometimes but I'm sure everyones feet are cold sometimes! I always have really hot feet when I'm in bed though I gotta have them sticking out the sheets at the end.

My feet feel the cold more than anywhere else on my body I think

Fun fact, the coldest temperature ever recorded was actually on my toes.
I constantly have FREEZING cold feet, and nothing but a hairdyer/fan heater can bring warmth back into me
