    it meens you have a certain amount f rep/posts so that when you rep some1 it isnt a grey box it iseither green or red.
    grey = 0 reps
    red = -1
    green = +1

    However if it syas power: 2 it is -2 +2 and so on, so forth

    rep power

    its quite hard to explain for me but its like...

    if someone has posts good threads, or does a good alteration or posts a good post that you really like, you click on the skales on their post and type in a comment and press submit. You give then good rep.

    if they psot a bad unfair thread or post or anything like that then you click the skales and click he disaprove option and then type in a comment. Thats how you bad rep someone.

    The rep power at the corner of everyones posts, is how many points they can give or take away when they bad rep someone.

    if you look to the right mine says one. so if i good rep someone they will get 1 good rep point added.
