Would you say you're a particularly anxious person? Has it changed over the years? What do other people think about you - would you say it's a fair reflection?

I only really have anxiety when it's work related. I always convince myself I will miss my alarm and then be late for work, or do something wrong and get told off for that instead. I never have been late due to missing an alarm though (I was almost close once, but it was 5:30 in the morning and my sister was like aren't you at work at 7) so she made sure I was awake luckily.
yes even as a child i remember being v nervous. i think i will always have it. although it is reduced now, i still get days where it's in overdrive but i never let it continue to the next day. yes it's obvious im anxious, ppl do point it out to me, it's a fair reflection.

No, I don't experience feelings.
I was incredibly so for a number of years, but my social anxieties have settled a lot which I'm glad about. I still have anxiety attacks sometimes though where I literally cannot stop shaking. It seems to be caused when I get really worried about something.

I've left, but I still visit sometimes!
yeah. it can prevent me from leaving the house and makes me overthink quite a lot. during exam periods it makes me quite sick. i've had it throughout my entire life and it lessens at certain points or can completely disappear. i find having a job helps it quite a lot. only the past several months i have felt comfortable enough to speak about it openly or even pin it down to anxiety, whereas before i just considered myself a bit of a nuisance or lazy in certain cases.
Incredibly so! Although quitting college and working for 6 years did help I think! Sort of forced me to be a bit braver when it comes to talking to people and stuff!Uni has helped a lot too! I still get days where sometimes I just can't face being social/people or going out but most of the time it's a lot better now

definitely but i think i've progressed over the past few years considering in like 2010 to about 2014 i'd have frequent panic attacks and i literally couldn't start a conversation at all, i still get anxious when doing certain things but definitely not to the point that it prevents me from going about my daily life
I used to be. I still avoid parties and things like that cos it's not really my scene. I'm not very good at socialising and it's because I'm just naturally anxious in that sort of environment. I still get anxious sometimes. I think it took me so long to get a job because I just get really nervous during interviews. I developed strategies to control it but even then it didn't always work.
Despite all that, I'm currently in the middle of a civil war at work where it's me vs management (they changed something I disagreed with) and that isn't really the behaviour of someone who is anxious so I'm getting a lot better. They're at a disadvantage cos I've had plenty of practice in the Habbox Feedback forum![]()
