I've just been to the docs and got my thoughts confirmed on the diagnosis for my excruciatingly painful feet
Since I started commuting (and therefore walking more) my feet have just been killing me! It's not just from ill-fitting shoes though, it's a proper deep pain. I knew something wasn't right so Googled it but I had a doctors app already booked so decided to bring it up and she just confirmed it.
It's basically something wrong with the plantar fascii in your foot and she's given me some exercises to do which should hopefully help but i'm not convinced!
Has anyone else ever had this? It's really common although mostly in older or overweight people (neither of which I am) so I was wondering if you had any tips. I'm going to book to see a podiatrist soon I think and do these exercises but just ouch![]()
