Default Is Burke Ramsey Seriously Innocent? (Followup)

A part of me really wants to believe Burke when he tells Dr Phil he's innocent, but there's a smoking gun and plenty of evidence to suggest he at least knows more than what he's saying:

-Burke actually was violent with his little sister. On one occasion, he actually hit her. Someone hit Jonbenet with a blunt object before she was strangled to death. What are the odds that Burke wouldn't have hit her again, then strangle her while she was incapacitated?
-Who said Jonbenet had to have been stun-gunned and carried downstairs? Burke could have simply woken her up quietly, since he's her big brother. He can't do any harm, right? Oh wait that's right - Jonbenet had undigested pineapple in her system right before she died. Burke's fingerprints were on a bowl of pineapple.
-Burke must have been pretty freaking unlucky to have been asleep and somehow get his prints on that bowl of pineapple. Burke, if you just woke up late and saw your little sister awake by chance - why not just say you gave her this as a snack? What are you afraid of? Remember: He said he was asleep and nothing woke him up.
-911 audio while Patsy thought she hung up the phone reveals Burke saying "What did you find?". Burke said he stayed in his bed during this time, remember? Also, why would he be concerned about something his parents found? Suppose it was Jonbenet: where is the fear or concern/urgency in his tone of voice here? He just sounds calm and collected. What are the odds that a loving older brother just wouldn't care?
-Child molestation and murder are 2 different things. I can't fathom putting myself in the mind of a pedophile, but I don't see why somebody who'd, in his sick mind, love Jonbenet, and then want to kill her. It's likely that Burke brought her dead body to the basement and somebody just happened to find her there, dead. Probably a necrophiliac or someone who thought she was alive and used a stun gun on her, covering her with the blanket afterwards.

And Burke is just smiling at Dr Phil & the camera like it's all a joke or a game. You're not fooling anyone, kid.

I completely agree that Burke killed Jonbenet. I'm just assuming that somebody else molested her and that this part of the story was completely different. However, like with all murder cases, part of solving them is dissecting the story piece by piece. Had I written this during the daytime hours, I could have contributed more. It is clearly obvious that Burke lied: Burke would have also known if Jonbenet was talking about a special Santa visit - he just omits it because he's trying to distance himself away from his crime as much as possible.

Burke told Dr Phil that he was asleep when Jonbenet died. His prints were on a bowl of the fruit that Jonbenet had in her stomach right before she was killed. Burke told a lie, and he isn't very good at telling them apparently either. Actually, John Ramsey himself has changed the story and said that Burke just wouldn't go to sleep - so the lie is even more revealed there.

Also, Burke hardly has any emotion when he's talking to Dr Phil about his memories of being the older brother. That 911 call is shocking: he didn't care about his little sister then, he doesn't now. And he's laughing it off in front of the cameras and Dr Phil because he knows that the investigators are going to be searching for the source of the DNA, while he's living a relaxed life and getting away with murder. One year at a time. Years owed to the penitentiary: 20.

i agree that burke did it but i just want to say, i think his smiling/not caring about his sister (like for example when he was asked to draw his family not long after she died, he drew the family without jonbenet) are characteristics of aspergers? i thought that when i first saw his interview just because it reminded me of one of my cousins and apparently other people did too.

i think he did it yeah but i think his mum probably shielded him and made him think it wasn't his fault or he's really repressed it and been fed so much lies that he believes he didn't do it?

but who knows maybe he really was a psychopath. i don't think hitting her with a golf club means he's evil tho and it was premeditated murder (wasn't hitting her with a golf club an accident?)

It's possible, because I remember how Zev(with Justin) on Amazing Race, had Aspergers Disease, and he had a tendency to be rude at times. The problem I have with this is that people with Aspergers don't get along with people - which Burke must have perfectly improved upon to entice Jonbenet to eat that pineapple and go downstairs with him. And the person who witnessed Burke hitting her 2 years prior said that he was mad/angry.

Here the other thing: If this really was an accident, why not just come crying to mom & dad that he hit her by mistake? Could've possibly saved her, but he must have heard her starting to cry, then stunned her with his toy before strangling her. Not to mention carrying her corpse to the wine cellar.

I'm watching CBS's Jonbenet Ramsey show tonight, and I've already noticed a major error. These knuckleheads think Patsy wrote the ransom note, yet John Ramsey had already given investigators their handwriting samples from their bedroom. Who's not accounted for? Oh yeah...Burke.

    - - - Updated - - -

Would John really spend 21 minutes writing a fake ransom note with redundant material, being a wealthy business man with high intelligence? I doubt that.

Would Patsy have the mental composure to do it? Nope. Patsy's emotions on the 911 recording are sincere.
