Nope. All that article really says is that they don't want to count non-Jewish victims as part of "The Holocaust" because it's not just the genocide of one group, which is daft because the term never suggests such a thing anyway. Millions upon millions were killed simply for being what Nazi leaders viewed as the wrong type of people, and saying "oh but they don't count" is ridiculous.
