Martin, this is a HUGE shock, you were easily one of the most dedicated department managers of recent times and, speaking from a personal view, you really revived the department and gave it the commitment I just couldn't. Absolutely huge shoes to fill and thanks for your time and hope this isn't the last we see of you. x
