Do you think that it is good? I have have heard many mixed reviews about it, and was going to by it at christmas for the PC and then decided not to, due to them being so bad at that time

Vice City and San Andreas, occasionally.

These are good games, I wish that they would bring back San Andreas in maybe an update, or maybe even just remaster the game

Makes me cry that San Andreas and cod4 are considered old RIP but yeah I play old games: Age of Empires, pokemon crystal, Ultimate Soccer Manager 98/99, Rayman, loads of fab stuff from back in the day
