Hayfever can’t sleep

Is it just me or can’t other people not sleep at night sneezing all night and eyes burning because of the pollen count ?
This is the second night I’ve not been able to sleep has anyone got any tips for me I currently take hayfever tablets obviously and I’m also on eye drops prescribed from the eye clinic.

If things are getting worse, the only advice I can give you is to go see the doctor again. He may have to prescribed a more powerful medicine or it might be simply just another disease.

i thought i had hayfever a few years ago but turns out i just randomly have a hayfeverish reaction to dust.

which i was made up about cos i love smelling flowers/pollen on hot summer days

i feel for anyone who has it though must be a pain

It's been really bad recently, the temperature and humidity is killing me and the pollen on top of that if I open a window makes me feel like my face is on fire
