I'm new, what's a 'Rep'?

People say like: "I rate it 10/10 and a rep"

What is it?

Wrong section, but Rep is them Scales in the corner.

If you give someone rep, it'll add to there Reputation, the Green Block.

You can give someone bad reputation, and they're drop a Reputation Point.

Well, a reputation point can mean a lot of things really, which include:

Your reputation among forum members.
People approving of your post.
And people just bad repping you because they basically dont like you.
