Default Slash and Duff to sue Axl.

Yes, over something about the stealing of royalties by Axl.

Does anyone know more about this?

Too right they should sue him. Axl put them through hell when they were a band.
Dunno about the Royalties thing though.

Apparently there is a new GnR album meant to be released (Chinese Democracy or something), i bet it's gonna be rubbish, the new band are ajoke. Especially the new main guitarist, Buckethead.

It was a mix-up apparently. Their royalties for the first half of 2005 got sent to Axl's record company, not Slash's and Duff's. They got annoyed and immediately launched a case against him, which I don't blame them for as I wouldn't put it past Axl. Apparently Axl never got his hands on the cash and the money was sent on once the mistake had been realised. The allegations have been dropped since.

Well he was an ******* yeah, but there's nothing they can do now really. Just let him do what he wants, VR's extremely successful and GnR's pretty much dead. He just wants attention and money now, that's all his life's about. He did some great things with Gnr in the beginning, but it all went stupid when Izzy left the band and from then on Axl began to think he was GnR and everyone wanted to see him. Happens to most rock stars. Look at Van Halen for instance

It's been in the making for around 10 years now. I read an article which said he'd spent $24 mill on it and it's still not set for release. It's crazy. He's had more aritsts in the line-up than I've ever seen.It should come out soon, I hope and it won't be rubbish. Nothing Axl Rose will do will be rubbish 'cause he may be a ****, but he knows how to make music.

Lol...I wouldn't call GnR's line-up a joke. A Nine Inch Nail's bassist, Primus drummer and Buckethead. (I believe they've left now, don't reallly know. I know buckethead's left though.) Buckethead is one amazing guitarist, better than Slash I think. (Yes, I really did just say that). He might look like a *****, but he can do anything with a guitar, probably the best since Van Halen. Try him out if you get the chance, you won't be unimpressed.

VR will never be a better or bigger band than the old GnR, but they can sure try. They are one of the best bands around right now, but who knows what'll happen if Axl finally releases the album.

Most people say that...I said that, but I listened to 'Nottingham Lace' and thought, "Bladdy hell, this guy's absolutely amazing, who cares if he wears a yellow anorak and a KFC bucket on his head!".
