Xbox 360 rundown,

Ok I thought I would post a sorta "Article" to clear up any grudges about the consoles, starting with Xbox 360 (All is written by me) Ill keep posting articles of all the consoles =]




Xbox 360
Said to be the most advanced home console on the planet. This is the first to be released of the 3 amazing consoles. Xbox has been known for its amazing graphics but has been haunted by its design powers. Bringing back huge titles such as "Quake 4" "Final Fantasy XI" and "Halo 3" the xbox 360 is set for a huge lift off.

According to gamespot.com, the Xbox 360 will have huge amounts of memory , with 10MB of built in video memory and 512MB to be added on [Which seems to be a bit farfetched], a 9 Billion dot operations per second for a CPU math performance, it has an optional 20GB hard drive which is detachable, the console will accept DVD's of all kinds CD's of all kinds and will even accept a JPEG CD, so you can upload youre favourite pictures to youre Xbox. The system even comes with a liquid cooling system to make sure the whole thing doesnt melt.
Unfortunatly the xbox 360 will only be able to play a selected amount of xbox games, and wont be able to play all the games, which is a downfall to the backwards capability that nintendo is offering, with backwards capabilty of 2 or more machines of the past!

The Xbox 360 will come with ready to use wi-fi meaning online capabilities will be available from the first day. No suprise as Xbox is well known for its online accesories. The controller will be wireless as all 3 of the console will.



Is it worth getting?
The console in whole is worth getting, but the price is a breathtaking £209 for the simple console which includes 1 console and 1 wired controller.
if you decide to buy the £70 more expensive console for £279 you can buy the console a 20GB hard drive, wireless controller, headset and remote control. Which is well worth buying than the first package, but as was guessed from the start of this console, youre paying alot of youre money for nothing, the console offers huge numbers which you are not going to use up unless you play this console for about 10 years. If you are an Xbox fan, you should be excited the graphics are exciting.

;o the xbox has let itself down on this one with the small memory, i think they rushed it...
i played on one in a shop yesterday and the graphics are brilliant ;o they look like real people!!

Sorry a few things you need to update:

-It's not going to have the best graphics, the PS3 is actually more powerful.
-US release - November 22; Europe release - December 2; Japanese release - December 10.

Don't think my comment on the graphics is "anti-360". I luff my Xbox more than my PS2

I make it sound like that though because im not a big fan of playstation, I mean they never really go for it... they just follow the rules in gaming, unlike nintendo, they hav broke the barriers and have gone where no gaming company has gone before.
