I Used Help Tool and Still Safety Banned

Ok I need to know what to do I used the help tool 2 times and it says it redoes everything but when I try to log on this is what shows up.
"You have been safety banned please contact Player Support via the Help Tool"

Any help I can get would be thankful.

The Help Tool is absolutely RUBBISH, but here is how it's supposed to work:

You goto http://www.habbohotel.co.uk/habbo/en/help/contact/, click the Habbo Help Tool, and enter your details. You then select " I think I've been banned" and it'll ask for your date of birth, enter that and it'll give you your ban reason aswell as how long you are banned for.

If you want the safety ban removed then click 'Yes', and enter that you would like the ban removing, you should then receive an automated response, which you reply to and Office Staff are then supposed to remove the ban within 3 working days.

That's how it works in the ideal world, but unfortunately it doesn't -- I've been trying to get my safety ban removed for 7 weeks, and have never got any further than the automated response, so, good luck!
