i always try to find the most effiecent way to save money, as a merchanter ever amount of money counts, even it takes one hour to get merchant 100k, time is expensive.
i buy like runes in mage shops such as mage arena, eg when high alching i buy the nats at shops, max price 225gp ea last checked.

a cheapskate is trying to hag down the price, like they might play couple of hours to buy a santa for 4.8mil when ppl are selling 5mil ea.
the other one is, like " i want to buy the item now" and doesnt care if they overspend slightly.
