It changes from person to person. I was probably like 12/13 when I first started. I probably have to shave once or twice a week and it's not a full on beard if I leave it and I'm 19... One of my friends who is 23 has no facial hair whatsoever and hardly ever needs to shave. It just depends on you as a person

i was bout 11, i remeber never really thinking about pubity and stuff then one day gt out of shower and was like HOLY ****! WT R THEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
