The cheats are the same as in Vice City only this time the health and armor cheat are all in the same cheat and each time you use health and armor you get $250000 free. I love the weapons cheat and jsut destoying everything!

If that is the mission where you ride with smoke on the bike? then just ride on the outside of tracks and I know he can't shoot but still...or other chance is when a bridge comes you go on it and jump on the train n then shoot them yourself? :p

Best thing you can do on that mission is stay far away from the train as possible i was quite lucky and i jumped onto the train when it went under the second tunnel...
