    I weigh 5 stone now
    People say thats underweight but i don't care
    there still people lighter than me
    I don't eat alot of fruit
    Maybe 1 day :S
    All i do it go hyper active and run around like a lunatic, Go for races with my dog in the field and run long distances
    Point being
    You don't need to just eat a bunch of fruit :S

    Try not to eat things wiht a high fat content, do exercises that leave you in a sweat to burn off those pounds.

    I'd love to be just over 7 stone, so I don't know why you're worried, I'm like 9 stone and 5 ft 3/4.
    I do boxing too. I don't think I lose much weight at it, only makes my arms manly. O.o

    Boxing is very good for burning chalories. A very demanding sport that demands great fitness. When you really work at boxing training, you'll know after 2 weeks your loosing weight.
    25 minute of Fartlek training helps keep me fit.
