Yep. You are also wearing away your gums, which often causes your teeth to become "longer". Not by growing, but by wearing.

Some people have naturally yellow/grey shaded teeth, but they're still healthy, so white doesn't necessarily mean the best.

The whiteness is only a factor of your obsession with cleaning teeth. Mine are normal. It's said that teeth with a slight yellow tint are much stronger.

(oh and I brush my teeth in the morning and before I go to bed)
