I thought it depended on ISP because I used to be able to do it, and now I have the same thing as you, yet my cousin who has a different ISP can do it, so that's my guess.

Heres what u do :

when the shockwave banner comes up and says ok, press ok, then F5 and enter till the loading bar comes up. i do this all the time and usually i can run 8 clones, but the lagg is horrible.

yeh tis is the same as i used 2 do.
