I've seen that alot when i search people i think it's just a glitch or means they havent been on in dokeys years.

I think its when the habbo has a name change, the name doesnt disappear or someone else could use it so it looks like that on console.

If its when the date hasn't appeared
its when you create a habbo using another window (control n) and sometimes it disconects you
if you don't reconect you wont have a last logged on date...
That happened with my clone SlimeSurfer although iv been on him since so it doesn't work anymore.

I think it is when they've probably been Permed by staff or some sort of Script..
