I think it would be a nice idea to have post reports like various other forums. Then you could see if your problem has been resolved, whom to thank, and to see that the mods really are working

Moderators do have Post reports, they used to go to our PM inbox, now they go to Moderator's emails.

You don't get me. Post reports as in, a moderator answers a report, sort's it out, then fills in a form to say who took it and action taken. It's on HF under quick links so people can see if their post report has been dealt with..
