I like the blackness, most nightclubs have dark walls/floors. Try and make a lower level with a dance floor, maybe add some strobe lights, smoke machines and the such. Use the smoke from the exsisting smoke machines.
It's very good, and will be awesome when finished. I see talent.

Thanks for the great comments everyone! Does anyone else have any ideas about what to add to the picture? I like Properganders idea about the lower level but i also need some stuff to add to the two rooms as they look a bit empty.
