Actually, it isnt. See, freewebs is ran from the US. The first ammendment of the US constitution... Freedom of speech. They can practicly say what ever they want. Even if the UK does get a look it with a charge of publishing racialy agressive material, the Habbo N.S.M can just say its freewebs publishing the media, not them. They can also say the site has ample ammounts of media showing the site is designs for national socialists. Anyone who goes on the site who is not a nazi is thus in breech of code 431.322.12 of the Internet Privacy Act. The UK would have little is any juresdiction so in a US court, there would be nothing to prosecute on. Also, the site is not in breech of freewebs ToS. As said in their news... someone tried to get the site down via freewebs before... But the Habbo N.S.M won the dispute easiy.

On Habbo... Sulake can ban all members yes, but no doubt the Habbo N.S.M would kick up a big song and dance and take Sulake to court. Anyway, on the current grounds, any banning would only spark controversy as they have little, if anything on their members.

Sulake can not be taken to court over a ban.
Sulake have the right has stated in their terms and conditions (Agreed to be all registered habbos) to ban a habbo for any reason what so ever.
So taking sulake to court over an unfair ban would be worthless
