It happened to me, you tried to come on but it just d.c and said your ban reason, thats why or a hobba went into your account :S

Complaine thats all you can do, go on www.sulake.com and then go to contact us, or whatever, then phone them and start complaining, and btw make sure one of your parents speak hopfully you'll get unbanned soon
