Thom Yorke of radiohead had the tune of "Fake Plastic Trees", one of their greatest hits stuck in his head for monthes, but couldnt think of any lyrics for it. After about half a year of it stuck in his head, he started waking up in the middle of the night thinking of a new line. Most of the lyrics were written like this.
