KIll cows for cowhide, get it tanned in al kharid, use a needle with the soft leather to make gloves etc etc...
-
kill cows - go to a tanning place and pay 20 gp to tan to leather - then use string and a needle to make stuff - need string and needle in inventory at same time and use needle on the leather

Kill a cow and get a cow hide.
Take it to a tanner (One located in Al Karaid)
Get a needle and thread. use the needle with the leather and it will come up with a box, after that just select wich thing you want to make
