Becuase firefox handles html doccuments properly so its a fualt in your code.. not with firefox.

It's just a simple Fireworks slice he's used Fireworks HTML, and sliced it wrong at that and added his CSS etc before <HTML><Head> "/

Use CSS and create your own Raw HTML in Notepad, or even use basic Dreamweaver "/
