If the attacker used brute forcer then i doubt the staff will be fired, there was nothing they could have done to stop it, nobody can protect themselves from a brute forcer.
Yes, they did accsess housekeeping, a staff account in HK can make furni, credits, HC AND edit the home page.
How do they make it up to the parents that have been buying credits for their kids in which they thought was a safe and clean environment. The parents should be just as angry as the kids. They could make it up to the parents by actually apologising on the homepage for a start, and then moving on from there
