And recoluring is not just putting it on a program and in 3 seconds change the colour
It is taking time on something like paint and make each pixel different colours

I think what he meant was that on photoshop and paintshop pro you can change a whole images colour with the push of a button, meaning its not really a recolour, who is to say this person did that?? but still thats what he meant.
