click the big add contact button on the top of it, add a friend, double click their name, or right click and click 'call this contact' and then you have a mic conference... simple...

an IM sorta program, like msn, aim etc but it's designed for mic conversations/conferences.

yes it only works when you're online and it's free... it's just like msn, aim, etc... but it's designed for mic conversations.
