Confidence is one of the main factors of a young persons life that young people lack most. Many young teens don't have much confidence. I've wrote a few short tips to try to help you boost your confidence. I hope it helps.
Confidence
There are lots of ways to boost your confidence and the soloutions are simple. There as easy as sayin A,B, C. Each one of these soloutions boosts your confidence.
1. Smile - Give them a brush morning and night, a floss and also use mothwash. Then you can show off them great teeth and fab smile. When you smile happy chemicals are released in the body.
2. Be Positive - Nodding your head after you have made a decision reinforces that you have made the right decision.
3. Fake It - Act more outgoing even if you don't feel like it.
4. Kissing - People who kiss everday feel happier and live up to 5 years longer than those who don't kiss everyday.
5. Be Clean - Taking a shower or a bath every night boosts your confident because it makes you feel fresh and clean.
6. Exercise - Exercising every day makes you feel happier and better about yourself.
