Shouldnt that be IoY then? And if its just your ip, unplug your modem overnight and plug it back in tomorrow. Should change your ip.

Won't help, someone got my brother banned that way, they won't unban you, apparently it's your responsibilty.

I very must doubt they'd unban you if you put the reason that it was your brother, it's your responibilty for your own account.
