Habbox is not breaking the Fansite Way. The Fansite Way page states;

The same goes for fansites, if you want to use Habbo graphics on your site then you have to follow a simple set of rules; The Fansite Way.

i.e. Any website has permission to use Habbo graphics as long as they follow the Fansite Way. As far as i can tell, Habbox does not fail any of the requirements set out on the Fansite Way page, which are;

- Offer Hacking, Scripting or Editing Programs.
- Publish any news regarding updates, new furni, features without Sulake Ltd's permission.
- Ask for Habbo's Passwords, e-mail addresses or any other personal information.
- Offer to trade furni or Habbo accounts for money or credits.
- Break the law or talk others into breaking it.
- Publish any material which may be offensive to other users or contains sexual content.
- Publish any personal information, pictures, video or documents belonging to Sulake Ltd.
- Use slander or any other form of bullying in order to harass other people.

And in any case, if websites were shut down for containing images taken from Habbo then almost all Habbo fansites, including the official ones, would have to be taken down, and Habbo doesn't appear to have objected to any of those yet.

Your forgetting what it states near the bottom on the page

PLEASE NOTE: Any images from Habbo that you use or alter, belong to Sulake Ltd and are protected by copyright. This means that Habbo has the right to deny you permission to use them or our brand name and can have any Habbo fansite taken down at any time.

Now the images are still edited as it has writing on them saying
Edited By habbox

So, you have still edited the images. Now, fansites have permission to use images but not edited as it says here

Any images from Habbo that you use or alter, belong to Sulake Ltd and are protected by copyright

So technically, Habbo could force you to remove the images as they are edited, just text added on, but it still edits them.

Doesn't mean that they WILL
Habbox have put them up and that is fine as it's a habbo fan site...
The minute Sulake decide that they are dead against that is the minute that it becomes against the habbo fansite way.
It states in the fansite way that sites CAN include alts.
