His hand is not missing its just behind him.
He's doing the pogo mogo.
He is facing a direction then quickly turns the front way to see his whole body and it happens like that, not new

BUT its a glitch

It is not a glitch When you do the pongo-mogo your arm is put on the front of your habbo. And when you do a wave like in this case your arm goes to the side of you. This is displayed in the image.
