    I don't agree with non clear music. thats illegal mate. checkit out before you try.
    the banner dosent look that nice, nor does the background but the content looks ok.

    I basically don't like the design.

    Reason:

    It's scruffy.

    It's not all in place.

    I don't like the way you've coded it.

    Reason:

    You've used Iframes in which i hate.

    You could probably save around 30 lines of code.
