I already have a web designer and we have try all different layouts but everyone would works at my web site likes the cirrent layout. Anyway the banner was made on a graphics program the background was made on graphics program and i am having a few problems with ther emarquee as the program used to make it will not let me slow it down.

Use a simple program named Notepad to slow it down
